Winner approved for Atlanta colleges housing P3

According to an article from the P3 Bulletin, a preferred bidder has been selected to deliver new student accommodation for Spelman and Morehouse Colleges.

Radnor Property Group will deliver 290 residential units and 800 beds, along with other community amenities.
